Institute provides services to victims of identity theft.
Trained professionals at the Hotline "Help Desk"
provide financial counseling to help victims:

clean
up falsified credit records,
-
protect
the future security of personal information,
-
prevent
re-victimization.
A
"personal" representative leads victims through
procedures required for protection.
The
Help Desk professionals use step-by-step instructions and
routine follow-up contacts to resolve identity theft issues.
