THEFT VICTIM ADVOCACY
The
Institute provides our clients with a Help Desk for
their employees and customers who are victims of identity
theft.
Trained
professionals at the Help Desk offer financial counseling
to help victims:
-
clean
up falsified credit records,
-
protect
the future security of personal information,
-
prevent
re-victimization.
Victims
work with a "personal" representative who leads
them through procedures required for protection.
The Help
Desk professionals use step-by-step instructions and routine
follow-up contacts with victims to resolve identity theft
issues.
