of accounting and managerial experience. Mrs. Hoffman is the
Associate Director of the Michigan State University Identity
Theft Partnerships in Prevention.
TRACY MCGINLEY, M.S.
Tracy McGinley holds
a degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
She is an Assistant Professor, School of Criminal Justice,
Bowling Green University. Mrs. McGinley is Assistant Director,
MSU Identity Theft Partnerships in Prevention.

prosecuting attorney for Eagle County, Glenwood Springs, and

and DeDeque, Colorado. Mr. Collins is licensed to practice
in Minnesota and Colorado.

Qiang Xue holds
a Master of Engineering degree from University of Science
& Technology of China and is a doctoral candidate in the
Department of Computer Science, Michigan State University,
East Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Xue is proficient in C/C++, Java,
Perl, JavaScripts, ASP, CGI, PHP, HTML, SQL programming languages
and various commercial and non-commercial databases including
Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and MySQL.

Clarence Underwood
holds a Masters degree in Physical Eduction and a doctorate
in the Administration of Higher Education. Dr. Underwood held
previous positions as Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
for Michigan State University; Assistant Commissioner, Big
Ten Conference; Consultant, Title I Program, Michigan Department
of Education, and is a Licensed Private Investigator, Department
of Consumer and Industry Services, State of Michigan.
